CAT app
Terms of use
Last updated 13 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the CAT app at app.coachingadventuretime.com ("CAT"), including its connections to Zoom and Google. CAT is provided by Anton Churyn, a sole trader in Germany trading as Coaching Adventure Time, Fasanenstraße 59, 10719 Berlin, Germany ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

Who can use CAT
CAT is for coaches, including coaches in training, who use it for their professional work. You must be at least 18 years old. You act as a business, not as a consumer, when you use CAT.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
What CAT is for
CAT gives you developmental feedback on your own coaching sessions. A notetaker records a session (only with your client's agreement), the recording is transcribed, and an AI writes feedback on your coaching against the ICF Core Competencies. The feedback is for you as the coach. It is not an assessment of your client.
- Don't use CAT or its outputs to grade, rank, certify, admit or assess any person, or to make or support any employment decision (hiring, promotion, termination, performance evaluation).
- CAT does not detect or infer emotions and must not be used for that purpose.
Your clients and their consent
For your clients' data you are the controller and we process it on your behalf (see the privacy notice). That means:
- You get your client's agreement before any session is recorded — through CAT's consent link, or your own documented agreement that you confirm in CAT. CAT never records without one of the two.
- You follow the recording rules that apply where you and your client are, including rules that require every participant's agreement.
- You don't record anyone under 18.
- You tell your client who sees what. Your client can withdraw at any time; CAT then stops recording and deletes the recordings and transcripts.
The privacy notice explains what we process and how long we keep it. If you need a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) for your clients' data, write to [email protected]. Privacy notice
AI feedback
Analyses are generated by AI. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not professional, psychological, medical or legal advice. You decide what to do with them. Review each analysis before you rely on it.
Your sessions, transcripts and analyses are yours. We don't use them to train AI models.
Zoom, Google and other connected services
You can connect your Zoom account or Google Calendar. CAT then acts in that account only as described when you connect it: for Zoom, creating, moving and deleting the meetings you book through CAT; for Google, reading upcoming events with a meeting link and, if you allow it, creating Google Meet events for your sessions.
Your use of Zoom and Google stays subject to their own terms. You can disconnect at any time in CAT, or remove CAT in Zoom or in your Google account; we then revoke our access and delete the tokens.
Acceptable use
- No recordings that break the law or the agreement of the people recorded.
- No attempts to access other people's accounts or data, or to test, probe or overload our systems without our written permission (security reports to us are welcome — see Support).
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling CAT.
- No content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after a warning unless the misuse is serious or ongoing.
Private beta
CAT is in private beta and free of charge. Features can change or be removed, and there is no guaranteed availability. We will tell you by email well before any paid plan starts; nothing becomes paid without your agreement.
Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.
While CAT is free of charge, we are not otherwise liable for slight negligence. If paid plans start, we will be liable for slight negligence only for breach of an essential obligation (one that makes using CAT possible at all and that you may rely on), limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of service.
Keep your own copies of anything you need: CAT deletes recordings and transcripts automatically after the retention period you choose.
Ending and deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. Everything in it is deleted within 24 hours, as described in the privacy notice. We may end the beta or close an account with 30 days' notice by email, or straight away for serious misuse.
Changes to these terms
We tell you by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before then.
Law and contact
German law applies. If you are a merchant, the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction.
