Anton Churyn
I am not here to perform. I am here to be.
My Path
I work with people who live and decide in complexity-leaders, founders, and experienced professionals who sense that surface-level solutions no longer work.
My path did not start in coaching. It started in engineering.
For more than 10 years, I worked as a software engineer, technical leader, and staff engineer, building and scaling complex systems, leading teams, and making decisions where mistakes were expensive and uncertainty was constant. I have worked closely with executives, founded companies, built products from zero, and navigated growth, pressure, and responsibility from the inside.
This background defines my coaching. I do not bring inspiration. I bring clarity, structure, and grounded thinking under real conditions.
Training & Credentials
I do not yet hold an ICF credential. What I have is a foundational year of training from a few specific lineages (Erickson Coaching International, 5 Prism, and ФПКиН), accumulated client hours, and a clear sense of which path I am walking.
The ICF credentialing ladder is ACC → PCC → MCC. The path from training to MCC takes most coaches a decade or more. I am at the start of that path, not in the middle. The credentials below reduce one specific risk: that you are working with someone who has not been trained against any external standard at all.
ICF-Accredited Coach Education (CCE)
Curriculum audited against the ICF competency framework. Counts toward ICF credential renewal.

Alumni Masterclass Labs (2026)
Erickson Coaching International (Vancouver)
Solution-focused practice, signed by the founder of Erickson. The Alumni Masterclass Labs are restricted to graduates of Erickson programs and confirm active alumni standing with ongoing CCE through 2026.

Coaching Fundamentals
5 Prism (developed by Iurii Muradian, MCC ICF)
The largest single block of formal training in this set. Covers the ICF Core Competencies in depth, contracting, session structure, three levels of listening, and the cognitive distortions that show up in most client work.
Specialized Training
Accredited Russian additional-education programs. Each covers a distinct technical area used in client work.

Психолингвистика (Psycholinguistics)
5 Prism (Iurii Muradian)
How language shapes perception and decision-making. Perception modalities (visual, auditory, kinesthetic), limiting vs. empowering language patterns, the Dilts model for clarifying questions, and reprogramming reactive verbal patterns.

Карта желаний (Vision Map facilitation)
ANO DPO Академия Пять Призм (St. Petersburg)
Professional facilitation of Vision Map — a 4-layer goal-setting protocol (Brain, Heart, Body, Quantum Field). Used as a structured year-planning intervention with clients.

Webinar: Conquering chronic anxiety and fatigue
5 Prism
Physiology and psychology of chronic anxiety, the antipatterns that hold the nervous system in fight-or-flight, and practices for exiting anxious states. Supports the nervous-system work in Week 2 of The Reboot.
Professional Affiliation
ФПКиН (Federation of Professional Coaches and Mentors) — Russian professional body for coaches.

Голос Мастера / Voice of the Master Program
ФПКиН — Federation of Professional Coaches and Mentors (Russia)
Voice, presence, and delivery as coaching instruments. Articulation, prosody, pacing, and the deliberate use of silence in session.

Active Membership 2026–2027
ФПКиН — Federation of Professional Coaches and Mentors (Russia)
Active member of the Russian professional federation, subject to its ethical code and professional standards.
Landing Soon
Two program completions expected in the next week or two, plus one course currently in progress.
Erickson PCC-track program completion
Erickson Coaching International
Expected: May 2026
School certificate qualifying me to apply for the ICF PCC credential once client-hour requirements are met. Not the ICF PCC credential itself.
5 Prism ACC-track program completion
5 Prism (Iurii Muradian, MCC ICF)
Expected: May 2026
School certificate qualifying me to apply for the ICF ACC credential once client-hour requirements are met.
Profiling (behavioral and personality profiling)
In progress
Expected: Currently studying
Behavioral and personality profiling for client work — reading patterns and communication styles cleanly. Complements the metaprograms and psycholinguistics work.
What I Am Not Claiming
- ·I do not hold ACC, PCC, or MCC. Those are the long path and I am at the start of it.
- ·Erickson Essentials and Advanced manuals are in my study library, but I do not personally hold completion certificates for those programs. The Alumni Labs cert confirms active alumni standing only.
- ·The 5 Prism specialized programs (Psycholinguistics, Vision Map, anxiety webinar) are accredited Russian additional-education programs, not ICF-CCE credits.
- ·The methodology I am developing integrates Erickson, NLP metaprograms, psycholinguistics, and systems thinking. It is not yet an original framework. That is a longer project.
What I Am Building Toward
The long path is MCC. That takes years of supervised practice, mentor coaching, performance evaluation, and accumulated client hours. I expect it to take a decade. I am at the start of that path, with a foundational year of training behind me and the next several years of practice, supervision, and ACC then PCC credentialing ahead.
In the shorter term, the practice itself is the priority. I run 1:1 coaching, The Reboot (a 12-week program), and a free workbook called From Stuck to Secure. The credentials are one input. Hours in the room are another. The methodology I am developing is the third.
My Mission
I believe that every human life contains both system and chaos.
System gives structure, stability, and direction.
Chaos brings energy, creativity, and transformation.
Most people suffer not because one of these is missing-but because one dominates the other.
Mastery begins when a person learns to work consciously with both.
My mission is to help people: see structure where they currently experience chaos, regain authorship over their decisions, and become masters of their own lives-not prisoners of circumstances.
Who I Work With
I work with people who:
- -have already achieved a lot, yet feel internal misalignment
- -make decisions under pressure and uncertainty
- -are in transition-role, identity, direction, or scale
- -are tired of motivational noise and ready for honest, precise work
Most often, these are: founders and entrepreneurs, executives and senior leaders, tech leaders and experienced professionals, people building, scaling, or redefining their next chapter.
My Edge: Engineering + Founding + Coaching
As an engineer, I learned:
- - systems thinking instead of symptom fixing
- - precision instead of assumptions
- - calm decision-making under complexity
As a founder and technical leader, I learned:
- - responsibility without excuses
- - how identity shifts under pressure
- - the difference between effort and effectiveness
- - why clarity matters more than speed
I bring this rigor into transformational coaching. I am building a long-term path toward MCC-level mastery, developing my own methodology that integrates engineering logic, human complexity, and deep transformational coaching principles.
My Methodology: System x Chaos
My work focuses on four interconnected levels:
Clarity of Thinking
How decisions are made. Which mental models are consciously chosen-and which run in the background.
Internal Structure
Values, boundaries, identity. What must remain stable-and what needs redesign.
Working with Chaos
Not suppressing uncertainty, but navigating it. Resilience, adaptability, and inner stability.
Real Movement
Decisions that survive contact with reality-not just theory.
Core Principles of My Work
No Universal Recipes
Every person is a unique system. We do not "fix"-we fine-tune.
From Symptoms to Causes
We do not fight states. We examine the internal architecture that creates them.
Simplicity Without Simplification
I speak plainly because clarity is a sign of depth, not the absence of it.
Responsibility Instead of Heroism
Strength is not tension. Strength is decisions grounded in understanding, not fear.
How Sessions Work
This is not therapy. This is not mentoring. I do not give advice or play the role of an expert.
I create a space where:
- -thinking becomes precise
- -things are called by their real names
- -structure emerges where there was noise
Change happens not through pressure, but through understanding and internal alignment.
If what you read here resonates
The best way to know if this is the right fit is a conversation. Not a pitch - 30 minutes to understand what you're working on, where you're stuck, and what the right format might be. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so.
